Hosted at Pickett on Court in Alabama, their western-themed rehearsal dinner and welcome party combined intimacy, personal details, and unforgettable style.
A Thoughtfully Designed Welcome Experience
We started the weekend with an intimate rehearsal dinner, followed by a larger welcome party for all guests. It perfectly combined quality time and high-energy fun.
The design, inspired by an elevated western theme, honored Connor and Benjamin’s Nashville roots. Leather accents, horse sculptures, and neutral tones with blue and gold created a refined, stylish atmosphere full of personality.
Design Details That Made It Memorable
No detail was overlooked. Guests enjoyed custom cowboy hat drink charms and a hat bar by The Oxford Hat Bar. Rentals from PropHouse Birmingham, Party Pros, and Please Be Seated brought the western vision to life with layered textures and styled decor.
The bar shelves featured sculptural horse figurines and leather-bound details, adding richness and warmth to the overall look. Each element worked together to create a space that felt like a true extension of the couple’s style.
From Heartfelt Toasts to High-Energy Fun
The rehearsal dinner included a plated meal by Sweet Basil Catering and live music by Eric Kirkman, creating an elegant, relaxed atmosphere. Guests shared heartfelt toasts before the energy shifted for the welcome party.
The welcome party brought high energy with passed apps, desserts, signature cocktails, and a lively crowd. Guests embraced the western dress code—boots, hats, fringe, and denim made it one of the most stylish nights yet.
Platinum Tier Events brought even more fun with a photo booth to capture the energy of the evening, and Brooke Elliott captured the entire night beautifully on photo and video.
